Over the last week we have had numerous reports from residents of ASB in the village. This included the riding of E-scooters in the roads, fallen fruit being thrown at residential properties and abusive language from young children in the village. In response, after making enquiries, we have visited several residences in company with an Anti Social Behaviour from Stratford District Council to speak to parents. We have also issued 6 ASB warning letters to young people to advice of unacceptable behaviour. This is the first stage of an escalation process which can lead to criminal orders should matters not desist. We have also warned members of the village that any E-scooters seen by police, being ridden around the village will be seized and destroyed.
